A Chartered Accountant and project finance adviser with extensive experience across corporate finance, infrastructure, energy, and strategic investments. Tim has structured and delivered complex transactions in the UK, Middle East, and Asia, specialising in district energy and industrial energy efficiency. He has led or supported over US$5 billion in transactions, including more than 50 commercial district cooling systems and major projects for Masdar City, Changi Airport, and new city developments in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, and Bahrain. Tim has co-founded financial services businesses, structured investment funds, advised on M&A and board strategy, and worked across equity, debt, sukuk, PPP, and advisory mandates. His core competencies include project development & management, procurement, joint venture structuring, commercial contracting, financial analysis, Islamic finance, and capital raising. He is a Fellow of ICAEW and holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.
